This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for a "plus-plus" version of a developer, someone who doesn't just build, but defines the architecture of how global enterprises adopt agentic workflows. You will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, helping regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients transition from traditional development to AI-augmented engineering productivity.<br><br><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.</li><li>Advanced English is required.</li><li>Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.</li><li>Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience utilizing Claude Code and modern LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).</li><li>Strong history of developing AI-powered web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</li><li>Extensive experience building backend services and APIs with Node.js or Python.</li><li>Track record of productizing early-stage Generative AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready MVPs.</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures on AWS and containerization tools such as Docker.</li><li>Well-versed in database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.</li><li>Familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks.</li><li>Capable of working with GraphQL, microservices, or event-driven systems in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.</li><li>Forensic attention to detail.</li><li>A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.</li><li>Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.</li><li>Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.</li><li>Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
