About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a fully remote telehealth role.

As a Telehealth BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight, complete assessments and treatment plans, supervise RBTs, support families, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Provide ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorder
Supervise RBTs and provide clinical support, training, and coaching
Conduct supervision through telehealth
Deliver parent and caregiver training sessions
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with families, RBTs, and internal team members to ensure quality care
Support families in improving communicative, social, behavioral, and adaptive outcomes

Qualifications

Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB
Must be in good standing with the BACB
Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through the BACB
Ability to maintain required background checks, CPR, and First Aid certification
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
Must have an Arizona LBA
