<p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><p>Our healthcare payer client is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support multiple concurrent initiatives within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This individual will be responsible for driving project intake, planning, resource allocation, delivery execution, governance, and stakeholder communication across a portfolio of healthcare technology and data projects.</p><p>This role requires a highly organized, proactive TPM who can create structure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate possesses healthcare payer experience, strong technical delivery expertise, Agile project leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive accountability across technical and business teams.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Portfolio Delivery & Intake: Manage multiple concurrent healthcare technology and data projects, including project intake, delivery structure, plans, timelines, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.</p><p>• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across business stakeholders, data teams, engineering, architecture, QA, infrastructure, leadership, and healthcare business owners to define priorities, scope, and success criteria.</p><p>• Resource & Governance Management: Monitor estimates, resource allocations, utilization, KPIs, project health, governance metrics, timelines, and delivery performance.</p><p>• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, escalation items, and blockers impacting delivery.</p><p>• Agile & Scrum Execution: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support backlog prioritization, guide teams through Agile delivery processes, and perform Scrum Master responsibilities as needed.</p><p>• Azure DevOps Management: Utilize Azure DevOps to manage epics, features, stories, tasks, work tracking, reporting, sprint execution, and project visibility.</p><p>• Healthcare Data Alignment: Support initiatives involving member data, provider data, claims, eligibility, healthcare reporting, integrations, data platforms, SDLC standards, and organizational delivery practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p><br></p><p>• 6+ years of Technical Project Management experience.</p><p>• Healthcare payer experience</p><p>• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.</p><p>• Strong Agile and Scrum experience.</p><p>• Azure DevOps experience preferred.</p><p>• Azure DevOps experience to document and manage project workstreams and deliverables (Jira acceptable if willing to self-learn)</p><p>• Experience managing technical, data, and business stakeholders.</p><p>• Strong organizational, communication, and project leadership skills.</p><p>• Experience with project estimates, resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery governance.</p><p><br></p><p>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</p><p><br></p><p>• Healthcare Data Warehouse or Analytics experience.</p><p>• Claims, Member, Provider, Eligibility, or Regulatory project experience.</p><p>• Vendor management experience.</p><p>• PMP, SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation:</p><p>$53/hr to $55/hr.</p><p>Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.</p><p>Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of</p><p>employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
