As a Contract Performance Manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of our customer’s power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract. This role bridges the gaps between outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction; with the north star being safe, predictable and reliable operation of our customer’s assets. This role will grow your operational, technical, commercial and customer service skills.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>What You’ll Own<br><br></strong><strong>Asset Performance:</strong> Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation.<br><br><strong>Operational Execution: </strong>Be the primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA). Your goal is zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance that ensure maximum reliability, availability and performance. Lead all site actives and prioritize with SQDC mindset.<br><br><strong>Customer Partnership:</strong> Serve as the trusted technical advisor to the customer’s site teams, translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions; be the conduit into GE Vernova Gas Services functions and resource pools to drive responsiveness, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Strategic Improvement:</strong> You aren't just following a playbook; you are writing it. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
