We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing remote team. This position is open to candidates across the United States, and comprehensive training will be provided. You will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. Compensation

  • $25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of company data.
  • Assist with data validation, quality control, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
  • Support ongoing projects and perform other analytical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • No prior data analyst experience required—training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
