Storyville is hiring for our full-time Storyville Crew Member Training program. The ideal candidate is someone who is inspired to serve others with care and passion. We are on a mission to Love Everybody by serving beautiful pastries and espresso every day. Our highest priority is guest experience-striving for excellence in everything from product quality to hospitality to ambiance. The goal is to be highly profitable and give it all away to fight human trafficking.

This is a paid-to-train position where you will learn the subtleties of hospitality during an intensive training period, and upon graduation, be eligible for a barista or baker position in our coffee shop.

As a Crew Member Trainee, you will receive:

  • Hourly wage of $21.30
  • Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)

  • Hourly compensation of $24-36 (hourly wage + tips)
