Job Summary As a Senior Analyst at JET Blue Airlines, you'll be responsible for owning the business side of our Flights + Voyage product, including marketing, positioning, customer acquisition, strategy, partner management, and performance monitoring. You'll work closely with our technology team to enhance the online customer experience, onboard new travel partners, develop and execute promotions, and identify areas of opportunity to improve our offering. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel partners based on mutual goals and collaboration. Negotiate rates, promotions, and override agreements with travel partners. Monitor and track availability and value competitiveness of all travel inventory, working closely with our Pricing Analyst to optimize travel packages. Own the Flights + Voyage strategy, collaborating with our technology team's guide. Work closely with the Marketing team to create buyer interest, determine appropriate positioning, audiences, and messaging for the product. Conduct daily analysis of product performance, with the ability to understand what drove performance differences and develop subsequent steps to identify or resolve any performance degradation issues. Assist in the development and execution of co-branded marketing plans with travel lines. Work closely with our technology team, providing input and prioritization feedback on upcoming enhancements. Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth, seeking solutions and meaningful initiatives by using research/data analysis to make key or strategic recommendations. Inform Business travel organization strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products. Communicate to and educate the broader JTP team regularly on industry landscape and customer experience/product trends. Work closely with our frontline Customer Care team, listening to calls, gathering feedback, and helping to improve their sales and service functionalities. Other complex tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Essential Qualifications and Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: Three (3) years of analytical (or related) experience. The ability to develop strong relationships and earn the trust of others. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting ideas before large groups, including leadership. The ability to work as a meticulously organized, independent, and creative problem-solver that meets aggressive time constraints by following processes/methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners. Available for periodic short-term travel (30%). Must be in control of substantial travel records with the ability to travel throughout the US. Must be legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located. Authorization to work in the US is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, ideally hospitality, business, or marketing. Four (4) years of experience working in travel, tourism, hospitality, or other relevant industry. Experience in account management, project management, partnerships, and sales and marketing roles.
