Sales Executive (Music Industry Remote)AUSTERE is an award-winning creative and marketing agency that specializes in helping musicians and brands with their social, creative & digital marketing efforts.We are currently seeking a music industry sales closer to close musicians on our different marketing programs that fit their different needs.APPLY HERE :This is a remote commission-based role.As a Sales Executive (Closer), you will be responsible for conducting inbound discovery calls and proposal negotiations with clients, closing deals, and re-engaging older clients for renewed services.This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and remotely.In this role, cold calling is not required.Your main activities will revolve around managing inbound leads and making outbound follow-up emails / scheduled Zoom calls.All leads are generated through our low ticket course funnel that warms leads into wanting our high ticket agency services.What to expect :20-40 inbound discovery calls per month via Zoom calls (warm leads)Appointments are generated and booked directly on your calendar, after being vetted.Average ticket minimum $3,000, up to $20,000+Residual pay on all retainer client projects (minimum 4 month contracts)Remote and flexible work scheduleFull support from CEO to help close deals on proposal calls when / where needed if there's an extra push the prospect needs to seal the deal.Comprehensive training and growth opportunitiesUnlimited growth potential in a dynamic work environmentResponsibilitiesLeading discovery calls with vetted musician leads for high ticket services then proposal presentation and closed deals.Typically a 2 call close.Creating proposals per lead.Templates provided with some customization done per prospect.Track and report sales activities daily, maintain accuracy in our CRM and provide daily performance metrics updates.Maintain the sales pipeline, through lead nurture and follow up using Close.com (our CRM)Maintain 20% conversion rate of proposal calls consistently.CompensationEarnings over $60,000 annually with achieving minimum KPIsPotential to earn over $120,000 annuallyBonuses available when exceeding KPIsQualificationsKnowledge of the music industry is a bonus but we can teach you!At least 2 years of B2C high-ticket closing experienceIdeally 20% close rateExceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skillsProven track record of achieving sales quotasAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsTools you will use :ZoomSlackClose.com (CRM)Calendly (Calendar tool)Ignition (Invoice / proposable tool, fully templated with our services)APPLY HERE :#J-18808-Ljbffr.
