Why This Role Matters

• Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines

• Making critical decisions about content removal or retention based on established guidelines

• Documenting moderation actions accurately and thoroughly in our internal systems

• Escalating complex or sensitive cases to senior moderators or management when necessary

• Staying updated on emerging trends, new features, and evolving community standards

• Providing feedback to help improve moderation processes and tools

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
