About Halford Hoops & Precision Therapy

Halford Hoops & Precision Therapy helps youth basketball players develop their skills and confidence, and helps active adults and athletes recover from pain, return to the activities they love and perform at a higher level. We are a relationship-driven local company serving Utah County through basketball training and one-on-one, cash-pay physical therapy.

Position Summary

We are hiring a remote Lead Generation & Appointment Setter who enjoys starting genuine conversations and helping people take the right next step. You will connect with adult parents of basketball players, runners, gym-goers and active adults through phone calls, text conversations and social media. Your job is not to pressure or close people. Your job is to build trust, identify a real need, qualify the person and schedule the appropriate conversation with our team.

For physical therapy prospects, you will schedule a free discovery call with our designated PT team member and help qualified prospects follow through to an evaluation. For basketball prospects, you will schedule a Google Meet strategy call with our Enrollment Specialist, so the family can learn about our program options and decide whether there is a good fit.

What You Will Do
Start thoughtful, personalized conversations through company-approved social media, phone and text channels. Follow up quickly and professionally with new inbound leads. Reconnect with past leads and people who previously engaged with our programs. Research and identify adults who appear to fit our basketball or PT audiences and local service area. Ask simple, respectful questions to understand the person's goals, challenges, timing and level of interest. Schedule qualified PT discovery calls and basketball strategy calls on the correct calendars. Confirm appointments, reduce no-shows and complete appropriate follow-up. Record every touch, reply, appointment, source, outcome and opt-out accurately in the CRM. Follow approved scripts while sounding natural, curious and human. Participate in role-play, call reviews, coaching and weekly performance reviews.

What Success Looks Like
Qualified adults show up for the appointments you schedule. Your conversations are personal and helpful rather than spammy or scripted. CRM notes and attribution are complete and accurate. You consistently follow up without becoming pushy. You protect the reputation of Halford Hoops & Precision Therapy. You learn from coaching and improve response, booking and show rates over time.

Required Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English. Confident starting conversations by phone, text and social media. Warm, curious and professional communication style. Comfortable hearing "no," following up consistently and working toward measurable goals. Highly organized and dependable in a remote environment. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and the ability to work in company systems. Available 15 hours per week to start during agreed Mountain Time outreach windows, with the opportunity to increase to 20 hours. Currently residing in Utah and authorized to work in the United States. Willing to use approved processes, accurately track work time and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound sales, customer service, recruiting or social media community engagement. Experience with a CRM such as GoHighLevel. Personal interest in basketball, running, strength training, fitness, physical therapy or athlete development. Track record of reaching activity, appointment or sales goals without sacrificing customer experience.

Compensation
$16.00 per hour base pay for all hours worked, plus stackable performance bonuses for qualified completed calls, attended PT evaluations and new paying clients or basketball members. Bonuses are based on verified CRM attribution and milestone completion. Specific bonus amounts and rules will be provided in the written compensation plan.

Important Role Boundaries
This is not a high-pressure closing role. You may not diagnose injuries, provide medical advice or promise results. You will contact adult prospects and parents only — not minor athletes directly. All outreach must follow company policies, platform rules and applicable calling, texting and privacy requirements.

Hiring Process
Indeed application and screening questions. Short video interview. Live outreach role-play and written-message exercise. References, if requested. Paid simulation using sample leads before any work with real prospects.

Halford Hoops & Precision Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird?
