Role Overview

This role asks for more than running the playbook. We're looking for someone who thinks a step ahead, stays steady when plans meet the messiness of real delivery, and has the confidence to challenge an approach when they can see a better one.

As Project Manager on our Professional Services team, you'll own the execution of enterprise implementations of our AI-powered search platform across multiple accounts. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, North America, you're the person who keeps engagements moving: driving accountability, holding timelines, clearing blockers, and carrying solutions all the way through to real adoption, not just go-live. Day to day, you'll partner with solution engineers, product managers, data science teams, IT, and client business stakeholders, translating fluidly between the technical detail and the outcomes clients actually care about. The pace is fast and the problems are genuinely hard, which is what makes the wins here super rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership

Own end-to-end delivery on assigned customer accounts

Turn engagement goals into weekly delivery plans with clear milestones and owners

Run standups, sprint planning, and delivery cadences across onshore and offshore engineering teams

Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive each one to resolution or escalation

Stakeholder Coordination

Keep client IT, business, and project sponsors informed with clear, regular status updates

Prepare and help run QBRs and steering updates alongside your Delivery Lead

Surface risks and decisions early, before they hit the timeline, rather than at the point of impact

Coordinate delivery across US and European teams and time zones

Technical Delivery Fluency

Track technical workstreams, including but not limited to; connectors, data readiness, indexing, and agentic workstreams

Recognize delivery blockers as they surface, frame each one into a clearly scoped problem for the team that owns the fix, and drive it through to resolution

Hold scope and timeline boundaries when data or implementation issues emerge mid-engagement

Translate fluently between engineering detail and executive-level reporting

Tracking, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

Track delivery KPIs such as milestone adherence, adoption, and usage

Maintain accurate project financials and flag variances to your Delivery Lead

Gather feedback from clients and engineers, and feed it back into how we deliver

Anticipate roadblocks and put mitigations in place before they affect the schedule

Required Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery

Track record delivering at least one complex enterprise engagement end to end, for example a global rollout, an AI or ML implementation, or a cloud migration

Comfortable coordinating cross-functional and offshore teams across time zones

Fluent in delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) and standard reporting and governance cadences

Strong written and verbal communication, including clear status reporting to both technical and business audiences

Able to understand and follow technical discussions closely enough to track and triage blockers, without needing to solve them personally

Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project

Bonus Points

Experience on AI or ML programs, or enterprise search platforms

Experience with adoption, training, or change management

Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or PROSCI

Familiarity with data governance, compliance, or regulated industries

Familiarity with MS Azure and/or AWS

Why Join ChapsVision?

Be part of a small, dynamic team growing the North American market for ChapsVision

Work on an AI-native search platform with enterprise impact

Fast-growing, innovative work environment with strong career growth opportunities

Competitive salary structure with high earning potential

Generous PTO, health benefits from day one, 401(k) with employer match, wellness and commuter benefits, and more!

This hybrid role is based in New York, NY. Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
