Responsibilities

Negotiate offers effectively, advocating for clients’ best interests and securing favorable terms.
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing documentation, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and legal processes.
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns utilizing various channels to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Build strong client rapport through excellent customer service, clear communication, and personalized attention.
Utilize CRM systems supported by technical teams to maintain organized client records and streamline workflows.
Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure all practices comply with legal standards.
Collaborate with managing real estate teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.

Skills

A real estate license is required.
