Job Title: 

Overview
 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role primarily focuses on fuel system electrical work, with opportunities to expand into EV (electric vehicle) charging infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician who wants to build specialized, in-demand skills in both traditional fuel systems and emerging EV technologies.

The position involves some travel, primarily throughout West Michigan, with occasional travel outside the region as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for fuel systems at commercial and industrial sites
  • Install and support EV (electric vehicle) charging systems
  • Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes and applicable regulations
  • Lay out and execute electrical projects from start to finish
  • Perform hands-on electrical, mechanical, and light construction tasks
  • Maintain a strong commitment to job site safety and company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Michigan (required)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience
  • Experience with fuel systems is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Interest in or willingness to learn EV infrastructure installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within West Michigan

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work for extended periods on knees or in squatting positions
  • Must be able to bend and perform tasks regularly
  • Must be able to pull and break pipes loose
  • Must be able to work for extended periods in aerial lifts or on ladders
  • Must be able to wear and properly utilize fall protection equipment
  • Must be able to enter confined spaces to perform tasks (when trained and authorized)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in hot and cold environments
  • Must be able to drive for extended periods of time safely and maintain focus while operating a vehicle
  • Must be able to work on stomach to access underground equipment for extended periods
