Collections Agent (Remote – Full-Time)

Earn $6K+ Per Month From Home – Body Design University is hiring Collections Agents to help recover past-due tuition balances from students. If you’re competitive, professional, and ready to make 80+ calls a day, we’ll give you the system, and support to succeed.

Important Notes About This Position

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position
  • You will work from home using your own equipment
  • Uninterrupted availability during all scheduled hours is required
  • You must maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office at all times
  • You must manage your schedule to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • This is a full-time commitment (40+ hours weekly)
  • Not a part-time or temporary opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Make 80+ outbound calls daily and maintain at least 3 hours of talk time.
  • Contact and follow up with students who have outstanding tuition balances.
  • Use empathy and firmness to create manageable payment plans.
  • Follow proven call scripts and tracking systems (Salesforce, Kixie).
  • Hit daily and monthly recovery goals while working closely with the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recent collections experience.
  • Strong communicator — confident, professional, and composed under pressure.
  • Competitive and coachable — thrives on results and recognition.
  • Must enjoy following proven systems and frameworks.
  • Able to commit to at least 12 months, full-time (40+ hours per week).
  • Reliable setup: laptop, headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Base activity pay + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
  • Typical earnings for active team members: $4,000–$5,000 per month
  • Top performers earn $6,000+ per month

Earnings Breakdown (based on current collections data):

  • Average defaulted enrollment value: $1,430
  • Average commission: $214 per full payoff
  • Weekly KPI: 5 payoffs (≈ $1,072 in weekly commissions, in addition to base activity pay)

Additional Incentives

  • Monthly leaderboard bonuses and cash incentives (Example: last month’s top performer earned an additional $1,500 bonus)
