We are now seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining our Flights + Vacation business, including marketing, positioning, customer acquisition, process management, and performance monitoring. Job Overview The Senior Analyst, JetBlue Getaways Vacation Product Development, will play a crucial role in driving the business side of our Flights + Vacation product, collaborating with various teams, including Marketing, Technology, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be analytical, informative, and motivated, with a passion for working on multiple projects simultaneously and a keen eye for detail. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for repositioning our Flights + Vacation product to customers, working with our Technology team to enhance the online customer experience, onboarding new vacation partners, developing and executing promotions with our partners, and identifying areas of opportunity to further improve our offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, based on mutual objectives and collaboration Negotiate rates, promotions, and override agreements with our vacation partners Monitor and track availability and price competitiveness of all vacation inventory, as well as collaborating with our Pricing Analyst to optimize vacation packages Own the Flights + Vacation platform, working closely with our Technology team to guide development and implementation Collaborate with the Marketing team to create consumer interest, determine appropriate positioning, audiences, and messaging for the product Conduct daily analysis of product performance, with the ability to understand what drove performance differences and develop next steps to identify or resolve any performance degradation issues Assist in the development and execution of cooperative marketing plans with vacation partners Work closely with our Technology team and provide input and prioritization feedback on upcoming enhancements Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth, and seek solutions and meaningful initiatives by utilizing research/data analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations Inform Business vacation partnership strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products Communicate to and educate the broader JTP team regularly regarding industry landscape and customer experience/product trends Work closely with our frontline Customer Care team, listen to calls, gather feedback, assist with improving their sales and service functionalities Other complex tasks and responsibilities as assigned Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Three (3) years of relevant experience in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or marketing Ability to build strong relationships and earn the trust of others Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Comfortable presenting ideas to large groups, including leadership Ability to act as a meticulously organized, independent, and creative problem solver who meets aggressive deadlines by following processes/procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management Strong attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners Available for occasional overnight travel (30%) Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the US Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is located Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as hospitality, business, or marketing Four (4) years of experience working in the travel, hospitality, or related industry Experience in account management, project management, partnerships, and sales and marketing roles Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At JetBlue Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
