As a Part-Time Weekend and Night Shift Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our customer service team. You will be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and recorded accurately.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking account changes, services provided, and other relevant customer information.
  • Assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and support the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a direct and understandable way.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Part-Time Weekend and Night Shift Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need:
