Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. About the teamWhat you'll do

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Executive Engagement Marketing Manager for the Americas to lead the operational execution of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the region. This role will translate program strategy into excellent execution by building the systems, communications, tools, tracking, and cross-functional coordination needed to deliver high-touch experiences for senior external audiences.

You will work closely with Sales to identify and engage executives from targeted accounts, enable sellers with clear outreach materials and follow-up workflows, and ensure each program has the right operational foundation before, during, and after the event. The successful candidate is comfortable independently managing multiple complex workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and proactively improving how programs operate at scale.

Responsibilities

Operations and Program Delivery

    • Independently manage the operational planning and execution of a portfolio of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas, including executive dinners, hosted experiences, and sports hospitality programs
    • Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, workback schedules, attendee management processes, event briefs, and cross-functional communication plans
    • Partner with the Global Experiential Lead and internal stakeholders to translate program objectives, target audiences, and event formats into clear execution plans

Sales Enablement and Audience Engagement

    • Partner closely with Sales and account teams to support the identification, prioritization, and outreach of senior executives at targeted accounts
    • Develop and manage seller enablement materials, including invitations, outreach templates, event details, attendee lists, follow-up guidance, and account-specific communications
    • Coordinate the end-to-end attendee journey-from invitation strategy and outreach through registration, confirmations, event-day communications, and post-event follow-up

Marketing Operations and Measurement

    • Own the event marketing bill of materials, including email journeys, registration or landing pages, attendee communications, and supporting campaign assets
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns and workflows that support invitations, registration, attendance, and post-event follow-up
    • Partner with Analytics and Program Management to establish consistent tracking, reporting, and measurement for executive engagement programs, aligned with broader marketing standards

Event Execution and Hospitality

    • Coordinate operational details across internal teams, agencies, venues, and other partners to ensure programs are delivered reliably and meet Stripe's brand and hospitality standards
    • Ensure every event delivers a premium, on-brand Stripe experience appropriate for C-suite and senior executive audiences
    • Support on-site event execution as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Build productive working relationships across Experiential, Sales, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Program Management, and external partners, creating clarity around roles, decisions, dependencies, and next steps
    • Communicate proactively and clearly, particularly when tradeoffs, risks, or changes could affect program delivery or the attendee experience

Continuous Improvement and Shared Learning

    • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early; recommend practical solutions and escalate when broader program decisions are needed
    • Capture learnings and maintain repeatable playbooks, templates, and operating practices that improve future program delivery
    • Use program data, stakeholder feedback, and operational observations to identify opportunities to improve audience targeting, communications, follow-up, and program execution
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Experience managing complex, detail-intensive projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a defined area of responsibility, prioritize competing workstreams, and make sound decisions with incomplete information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to communicate effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external executive audiences
  • Strong project management skills, including experience developing workback plans, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and resolving execution issues
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset, with experience using program data, stakeholder feedback, and reporting to improve execution
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience supporting executive engagement programs, C-suite events, customer hospitality, hosted dinners, or premium event experiences
  • Experience working in B2B technology, fintech, enterprise marketing, or a similarly complex go-to-market environment
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management tools, such as Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes, playbooks, templates, or reporting frameworks
  • Experience with event attribution, pipeline workflows, account-based marketing, or executive audience engagement strategies

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
