Established in 1971, Youngquist Brothers LLC has become Florida's leading contractor of deep injection well systems, the preferred alternative to safely discharge high volumes of excess water. Innovative and results oriented, Youngquist Brothers is the only contractor to design, engineer and build all its own equipment for precision well drilling to depths of 3,000 feet or more. No other company provides vertically integrated services, including geophysical logging and cementing, for every aspect of a deep well system.

  • We ARE NOT IN OIL & GAS.
  • Primarily, we drill injection wells on site at wastewater treatment plants. (sewer plants)
  • We have our own cement dept. and logging dept, to go along side our drilling teams.
  • We are based in Ft Myers, FL with jobs all around Florida.
  • Our headquarters includes a 15 acre yard and shop in Fort Myers with welders, mechanics, electricians, etc.
  • We have our own fleet of trucks that haul to and from our jobsites daily.

This is what we offer for the position. This is for a DRILLER or DERRICK HAND.

  • $35 hour pay rate for DRILLERS.
  • $26-27 hour pay rate for EXPERIENCED DERRICK HANDS.
  • 20 on/10 off schedule
  • 12 hours per day/night shifts, 7-7
  • Rotating days to nights after each 20/10 shift
  • All jobs are in Florida, (Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Delray Beach, Port St Lucie, St Cloud, Naples, Bonita Springs, Lakeland, Plant City, Sumpterville, and Jacksonville)
  • Most jobs are 8 to 12 months in duration at each site.
  • MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND. NO FELONIES.
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION.
  • MUST PASS A DRUG TEST.
  • Housing supplied for you while on the job. Usually an extended stay hotel.
  • NO per diem, meals, or travel expenses paid.
  • Travel time is not paid.
  • Time is paid for time on the clock during the 20 day shifts
  • Time & a half paid for overtime over 40 hours per week
  • Pay period is Friday - Thursday every week
  • Paid every Friday via direct deposit
  • Insurance benefits offered after 90 days (health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD)
  • Vacation & holiday pay after 1 year.
  • 401K plan offered
