Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions or escalate as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by offering personalized assistance and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
  • Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all customer interactions.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred, but freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available including day, evening, and night shifts based on business requirements.
  • Work-from-home setup with required stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
