Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be reliable, punctual and professional at all times. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in electrical systems, construction, and renovation projects. The Apprentice Electrician will work under the supervision of licensed electricians to develop essential skills in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across various industrial, residentials and commercial settings. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in the electrical trade with potential growth into a fully licensed electrician.

Responsibilities

Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams for various projects
Support installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and power distribution
Aid in the installation of electrical components during renovation and construction projects
Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic work on electrical systems, smart home systems and access control and automation under supervision
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with the setup and testing of electrical systems, including industrial equipment and control panels
Support senior electricians in completing project documentation and reports

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams preferred
Prior experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is a plus but not required
Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
Experience in construction or renovation projects is beneficial
Strong understanding of low voltage systems and general electrical principles
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Valid handyman experience or related technical skills are considered a plus
Must be willing to learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and prioritize safety at all times

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
