As an Amazon Fulfillment Coordinator in Antioch, CA, your role is to make sure each stage of the fulfillment process transitions smoothly into the next. You will track order flow between picking, packing, and shipping stations, identify where slowdowns are forming, and coordinate with leads and supervisors to redistribute resources in real time. You are the operational glue that prevents bottlenecks from becoming problems.

You will also maintain shift logs, communicate priority changes to the floor team, and support management with activity reports at the end of each shift.
