We are seeking a persistent, self-motivated Acquisitions Agent to conduct direct outreach to property owners. This is a phone-intensive role centered on identifying motivated sellers, opening conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our acquisitions team.

The position is well suited for an early-career professional who is confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and able to work independently while maintaining consistent follow-up.

Role Description

The Acquisitions Agent will be provided with a database of target properties, including addresses and assessor parcel numbers. The agent will research or verify property ownership, contact owners, determine whether they may be interested in selling, and follow up until a clear response is received.

The primary objective is to identify confirmed, motivated sellers and schedule introductory meetings between those owners and the company's acquisitions team.

The company will provide property data, guidance, and support with outreach systems and scripts.

Compensation

  • Base compensation: $4,000 per month
  • Estimated all-in compensation: $5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners daily
  • Research and verify property ownership and contact information
  • Schedule qualified owner meetings with the acquisitions team
  • Maintain organized and consistent follow-up with prospective sellers
  • Track calls, conversations, and lead status
  • Communicate qualified opportunities and relevant details clearly to the internal team

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or property-owner outreach
  • Clear, fluent, and professional spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Persistent and capable of managing a long follow-up cycle
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • A California Department of Real Estate license is NOT required

Performance Expectations

This is a results-oriented outreach position. The agent should expect to make approximately 100 outbound calls per working day, depending on conversation volume, research requirements, and follow-up activity.

The target is approximately five qualified owner meetings per week. A qualified meeting is one involving a confirmed, motivated seller who has agreed to speak with the company's acquisitions analyst.

What We Offer

  • Flexible, self-directed schedule
  • Fully remote work
  • Option to work from the company's Century City office
  • Guaranteed monthly base compensation
  • Meaningful performance-based earning potential
  • Ownership database and target property lists provided
  • Guidance and support with scripts and outreach strategy
  • Direct exposure to residential land acquisition and development
  • No requirement to source a buyer—the company is the prospective purchaser

Application Process

Interested applicants should submit a current resume. xxoysbn
