Account Rep II, Recruitment, Consumables US DNS Recruitment (NSR) Job ID: 10440407 | Amazon.com Services LLC Amazon Stores is seeking a dynamic and motivated salesperson for our Consumables sales team. This person will be responsible for recruiting and launching businesses within the Grocery and Pets space and will serve as the primary point of contact for those companies throughout the entire sales process. Key Job Responsibilities Curate and recruit new brands within the category to sell in Amazon Stores. Act as a customer and seller experience advocate within Amazon teams to improve mechanisms and articulate anecdotes. Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow seller commitment to Selling on Amazon programs. Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize territorial potential. Track metrics for success and quality of sellers and uncover hidden opportunities. Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for quantity and quality of sellers recruited in the Grocery and Pets space. Utilize tools to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet quarterly quota goals. Develop a thorough understanding of the e‐commerce industry, competitive environment, and product offerings. Prioritize and complete additional projects while maintaining current book of business. Prepare and deliver business reviews on progress and territory health. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics. Create and articulate value propositions around the Selling on Amazon product. Understand Selling on Amazon product features and functionalities. Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business. A Day in the Life As part of Amazon's North American Seller Stores, you will coordinate across Amazon customers, category teams, and Sellers to drive high‐impact results. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of sales or marketing work in e‐commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales experience. Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level. Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‐focused approach or equivalent.
